That is a new apartment and it is just open the business 8 months ago. The business is run smoothly with 95 % of accommodation with long term stay. Why the land lots wish to rent it? The only thing is the owner doesn’t have to involve the costumer services also apartment business is new for them.
The building information:
There are 4th floors with 8 units by devise to two type as one bedrooms 6unit and two bedroom is 2 units. Units rent for 1 bedroom is $400 and 2 bedrooms is 650 per month.

Hang on. The "land lots" want $4000 per month for 6x1 br units rented at $400 pcm and 2x2 br units rented at $650 pcm.
When I went to school $400 x 6 = $2400 + $650 x 2 = $1300 totalled $3700. So, to start with we're looking at a loss of $300 before any miscellaneous costs, not including intermittent vacancies. Sounds like a Drumpf of a deal...
