Thecar in the pictures below the ride that Hun Sen used during the 1980s, when he was the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The car is now kept in the Win-Win/Victory Monument.
It's a 1968 (ish?) Toyota Corona Mark II (irony)

There's a great article that Jacques Bekaert wrote back in the 80s about being driven around Kampot by the big guy in a Lada. I don't have the book anymore, I lent it to KIR and then he died so I didn't feel like hassling his widow over a book.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.

A book published in 1601 would be worth many millions. Those ages were the very early printing days.Alexandra wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 12:06 amNot bad for a book published in 1601!moethebartender wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 12:02 amJust had a look for that on Amazon, and that book is going for $300 right now in paperback.

Nearly bought a Corona but it had a bloody diesel Prado engine in it.
If I see a nice Toyota Crown I’d have it.
