There seems to be a growing trend of drunk and aggressive Australians causing trouble in South East Asia these days. If they're not getting stabby in Phnom Penh bars, they're bullying taxi drivers in Bangkok. Why can't they behave?
Personally, I applaud the Thai taxi driver, and I'd like to shake his hand and say 'good work, fella.' He did the right thing. Punching them is the only thing they understand.

Kamphan Siri, 32, has been charged with assault after he reportedly punched the foreigner in front of Gate Three at the airport’s arrival concourse at around 9.30pm on Tuesday night.
“The foreigner was drunk. He banged his fist on the car, so the taxi driver became angry, got out of his car, and punched him once,” Paisan Weerakitpanich of the airport police told Khaosod English. “Then the foreigner fell down, and his head hit the taxi door.”
Kamphan told police he was parking his car near the gate when the Australian man suddenly approached his taxi and banged the vehicle once with his fist, according to Lt. Cpt. Paisan.

Apparently both articles are about the same case, both mention the cab driver as Mr.Kamphan, though very different reporting...

Perhaps the SEA nations could consider a temporary ban on Australians entering their countries. After a trial period of perhaps six months they could extend it into a permanent ban. Problem solved.
The Australians could then start visiting Nauru and other Godforsaken places that they send other people who nobody wants to.

Drunk and causing disrruption. I think that means he's a "helluva good bloke" , going by recent forum lingo.
They could give all drunk Australians an island for christmas, christmas island. Most drunk australians in australia seem to be footballers who bash their wives. There is a woman in a coma in Brisbane having been bashed by her husband, an ex Lions AFL footballer. Helluvva good bloke by all accounts. But the real problem in the country apparently are all these tee total moslems not bashing their wives, the bastards just wont assimilate.

Massive problem in the UK. Brothers allowed to beat their sisters. I can't remember of the mothers get beaten by the sons ( I knew women who worked in a battered womans shelter).
I prefer my fish battered.
Why aren't there any battered men shelters?
I suspect because piss weak men being hit and bullied by their wives are not going to shout about them being big pussy boys. Especially if they are Australian men.

An abusive wife or partner may hit, kick, bite, punch, spit, throw things, or destroy your possessions.
