looks to me like the cambo bridge was hit by the attepeau water. difficult to be sure to know where that xe pian river flows to. or could be just more of the heavy rain that hit laos and caused the laos problem
had initially thought it was the bridge a km or two east of stung treng town center but google maps has it elsewhere
