I quit 20 years ago, due to working a place where smoking was prohibited, it just came naturally going from 20-40.
to 10 a day.. then 5 a day, then 3, 2, 1.., 0
Did it over a few months, cutting down a little bit every week.
The last one to go was the post-dinner one, a family tradition of mine.
that's 2 and a bit ciggies per hour.,, actually, that does not sound as bad as 40 a day.
