Roads wouldn't be a problem, a Tesla could handle them like a RAV4.
The issue is you'd need to charge it from your garage (or your living room). A few rich individuals drive them in Thailand and the PI but the overall income level in SEA is too low to make the charging infrastructure viable, unlike in China wealthier cities.
