If you had a lump of cash, and wanted it to grow a bit in 12/24 months, which high interest account in Cambodia would be your choice? We're not talking millions here. Just a 5 figure amount.
Would it be better off as premium bonds in Uk?
Cheers to all you would-be financial advisors, nay-sayers and punny men.
Which high interest account?

No offence, OP, but if you think premium bonds in the UK are a decent investment then there really is no hope for you. They are a naive device developed by the UK government in the 1950s as a kind of bingo to keep the natives happy and hopeful.
There are plenty of good options in Cambodia where you can get 5-6% for minimum risk and up to 10-11% in riel based accounts with MFIs.

Thanks Alan, Just wanting to keep the money safe and see a little interest or growth. My grandparents have a regular little trickle of premium bond cheques but I know little about it. It's hardly a huge amount of money I'm sitting on.
