When did ABA ATMs start only dispensing cash it multples of $20?

Went to send some money to an ATM and got notified that the ATM's are now only dispensing cash in multiple of $20
A bar that has fridges has warm beer. A bar with ice bins can truly server ice cold beer. Also saves on you power bill.

Noticed this about a month ago. My local only gives out 50k reil notes too. New machines were installed, unsure if it is connected.

Hmmm, well I've withdrawn amounts of $390 the past few days, still got 50's, 20's and 10's so not sure what you're talking about...maybe just the ATM you're sending to??
