Unusual explosion

Has anyone experienced or heard of someone else having something like this. Was an hour after breakfast, reading the news on computer and there was a hell of an explosion some where in behind my heart. I don't know exactly where my heart is, maybe a bit lower than my heart and towards the back of my body. What ever it was it really went off. I didn't know what to do, I froze, then when I could think I decided to stay still to see if blood or anything else was leaching out into my body. Nothing went aria so I'm thinking it may have been a build up of air from indigestion, though I did not feel any build up of air before the big bang. Generally when I have indigestion it presses on something and lets me know that I have to berp it up. Just had a small pain in the region for 2 days, something must have been bruised from whatever went bang.
Anyone heard of this one.

I have had parts of my body go "pop", "ping" and the odd feeling of a sharp pin being inserted into my back ( that turned out to be double pneumonia) and hot coals lying on my muscles (dengue) but never an explosion not even a bang!

My concern is not so serious as the OP but some rough dudes came to my villa yesterday, stabbed me, cut my fucking head off and then nailed my hands to a big door.

Can anyone advise: is this serious? I was thinking tiger balm might help but prefer to use the collective wisdom of this forum (*coughs*) before doing anything rash.

Whatever you do, do not use tiger balm. Without eyes you are at risk of somehow dipping your penis in it. That’s painful from what I hear. Not once has anyone ever complained about pain from having their head chopped off - so contain the pain. No tiger balm.
