I've only visited my son there twice. First time the security was a little overzealous - but then a doctor speaking very good English came and took me to where herself and my then very young son were and assured me of good care and was quite nice.vladimir wrote:There was a thread on this way back, are you the invisible man? I got treated very badly there. I appreciate their work, but really, a little less messing with the overgrown violin and a bit of time on human relations skills would not go astray. The place was very quiet, few other visitors.Jackal wrote:I completely disagree. I've never been made to feel unwelcome there. Thay hate visitors and anybody more than the childs mother being there 99% of the time though - I guess because of how busy the place gets.
Second time I knew the visiting hours and just walked straight in and had no issues whatsoever.
Just my own experience.
