Crossfit 4-5 days per week, weights most other days and running almost every day. I weighed 195-200 with almost no fat. Busted my knee good doing lunges, though I'd been hearing more and more creaking while doing both back and front squats prior to it. Let the injury set for years and only recently got it looked at by Phnom Penh Physio. Was sure I needed surgery. Four months later my knee was great. Should have gone to see them years ago. I now weigh 185 with a rather high bf percentage. I don't plan on being in the same shape again or squatting massive amounts, but it's nice to be pain free. So my point is, when you get the cash, it's a good investment. Especially if you're spending cash on protein and a gym membership. Once you get the cash, go see them.
As for swimming, it should be fine. One of the best low impact exercise you can do. Go out and swim your heart out.
I'm gonna get it checked out in a few weeks. Thanks very much for your experience.
One love for the help guys & dolls.
