Professor Dr Mey Sitha,
I and friends of mine can recommend him. Dermatology is his mission.
Doctorate from University of Münster in Germany. Reasonably priced.
Fluent in German, English and French.

Other than those already mentioned does anyone have any updated info re experienced and trained doctors who can remove SCC's in Phnom Penh? Raffles Clinic and Royal PP Hospital seem to be around the $300 - $400 mark which I think is a bit on the high side. I obviously want to get the job done right but do want to be overcharged at the same time. Any feedback appreciated.
