Buy all the food from wet markets. Skip bread, butter, cheese and milk. In stead of bread eat rice. Eat khmer0style breakfast with rice, chicken/pork, salad and eggs. Put some veg oil and loads of garlic in the salad. Eat 5000IU of D3 every day. Exercise core muscles like your back, stomach in a gym. twice a week.
Eat plenty of patcan's dill pickles.....

When working, my work can be extremely physical. Not worked this year to date, so I do a little exercise every evening:
30 pushups
Minute rest
100 situps
Minute rest
Five minutes of squats with 1 min rest intervals
Three two minute planks with a minute between each.
Usually takes 20 or so minutes, leaves me soaked in sweat.
Eat two meals a day, brunch and dinner.
Eat less rice than an average serving, more meat, carrots, broccoli. A few eggs and two slices of bread per day keeps me from getting fat. And leaves room for beer in evenings.

I don't stay healthy, at least not this year...... I usually go cycling to another country for two months every summer. Not this year. I had a health club membership first half of last year, and swam every couple of days... Not now... Now I go swimming in the sea but not often enough.
Jackal (above) has the right idea. Need to do situps. Need to eat less fat, too.
I am developing arthritic pains and swellings in the joints of my first three fingers, worse in my right hand... and my big toe... and am feeling stomach and kidney pains from lying and sitting around too much.
Less income this year, and helping to support a friend whose native tongue isn't English in Thailand while she looks for work. No real job for me either, apart from a little teaching. I am writing fiction full time. Can't motivate to make believe I can afford the health club or whores, or anything...
Definitely in very sorry psychological condition, and poor physical health all round. Losing sleep, wondering what to do. Not good.

The first step to break that vicious cycle is to exercise; healthy body, healthy mind. It's proven that even basic exercise will give you an endorphin boost, you just have to take that first step.
But as we get older, men should actually be doing resistance training (weights) a bit more than cardio which can be tough on the joints (except swimming & basic cycling). You should probably do more full body/body weight exercises as simple as press ups, squats (no weight needed really) and so on. If you're struggling to find the right exercises, check out Jeff Cavaliere on Youtube, professional physio & health trainer with a ton of content on how to get fit - even without a gym.
Quick example/start point - ignore the thumbnail pic, the guy's advice isn't about being a shredded gym beast, but of course he teaches diet, exercise etc from a position of authority, unlike some of the gym PTs in PP

The trick with all the "exercises" is not the exercise, but the natural body recovery cycle.
The exercise tricks the body to overcompensate a little for the exercise load and increase the condition a little. Repeat that cycle and your body gets in a better shape.
Overload the bodies' recovery capabilities and your condition (and health) goes down.
The body recovery is seriously reduced by drinking alcohol (sorry) and somewhat by carbonite drinks. There are reasons why athletes, who want to accomplish results, do not drink alcohol.
IF you suffer from more and more little (and bigger) physical old-ages issues, despite exercising, you are in the vicious downward cycle, overloading your body/recovery. For athletes, this is called "over training". Just do less heavy exercising and give the body more time to recover.

Low Fat food consumption, Walking 30 minutes, Eating fruits and drinking 8 water glasses..these are the health habits I maintain in my life
That is incorrect sorry - change to low SUGAR consumption & you're all good. Don't tell me you've avoided avocado from your diet because it is insanely high in fat. Not all fats are bad, and actually there are huge benefits from eating the right fats.
