You can also buy one for about 30 - 45$ around Capital guest house. That's where a lot of the second hand bike shops are located. If you have a Khmer friend, they can get one for 25.

update: they have moved to the other side of the river, by the ferry terminal area. Though their sign is still up on 144 by Kandal.
Ran into a tuk tuk driver tha may be able to hook me up with another bike chop at $5 a day. Only need it for a few days to explore a bit. Will probably try to head out to the islands when (and if) the travel ban lifted.
