Deworm yourself is a credible advise when you live in Cambodia.
Several pills like Benda500 and Zentel 200mg are freely available at local Pharmacies. While the first one is a single tablet treatment the Zentel one is taken over 3 days (normally). There are a pretty big number of different worms that can survive in your body with some causing real big health issues over time if not treated.

Expatissimo could you please confirm if I should be brushing my teeth or not whilst in Cambodia?
There are just too many internet experts out there giving contradictory advice and I just don't know what to do. Could you please support your view by posting an superfluous link?
If yes, then please advise frequency.

Benda500 works fine. Now, the kids are worm free and pretty happy, they no longer have the itching in their ass.
Brenda500 costs USD 1.85 per table. The younger kids 2 subsequent days half a tablet.
And then, 14 days later again, due to the eggs providing another worm-storm.
Works perfectly.
