High maintenance O.P. here.
Thanks for all the help.
I have made other arrangements. I had wanted the water and a full tank of gas because the whole point in gong direct from
the airport was to get to REP by a specific time for an appointment I realize that both would be included in the price.
I did not want to fly because 70 kg of luggage would likely be expensive.
Thanks for all the help.

Took a taxi down to Snooky, was gas and only $35. SR is about 30% further so $45-50 would be reasonable, petrol being twice the price would make the price twice as much.ken svay wrote:Depends if taxi is gas or petrol.
I stopped buying big ones cuz I'm always charged 1500riel for one 1.5L bottle, and pay 500riel for one 0.5L bottle.... Can't win...scoffer wrote:As far as volume goes, large bottles are cheaper than small ones, so if you want to drink water it makes sense to buy a big one.
But I still prefer beer

That happens, but I've read that Khmers tend to reduce the price if you start calling them names.SunSan wrote:Easy to stop at any road side eski for some cold water, takes less than two minutes but of course, you could always get scammed for 500 riels...
Can you believe I don't even know how to swear in Khmer?
The worst thing I know is lop lop, which means 'fucker', but in a friendly kind of way.

You sure? The person who told me said 'fucker'. I asked twice to make sure.

Glad the OP found an alternative helped to put stop from others' notion of me trying to rip off him for financial gain or what not.
Everyone bow down and pay extreme homage to his Majesty flying chicken.
