From the beginning November 2-2012, Condor start direct flying to Siem Seap from Frankfurt, Which is connected by Lufthansa, Thomas Crook and Condor from most of the European Airports.
Example, Brussels > Frankfurt > Siem Reap, Economy 542,99€, Premium Economy 742,99€ one way.

It only works for the high season.
"The airport Siem Reap/Angkor is operating from 02.11.2012 until 06.04.2013."
At least that's what Condor says.

Air France flies CDG via BKK to PNH. Better make sure to choose Bangkok Airways for the last leg. If you choose AF the Thais often don't let you leave the plane for the 3 hrs waiting time. It seems to happen only on the return flight.

Air France do not fly into PP via Bangkok any more, they now fly via HCMC to PP. If you book AF via Bangkok your last leg will be on Bangkok Airways . AF will not issue you boarding pass for last leg at CDG,you have to collect it from BA desk in Bangkok.

It's been announced in the PP Post by the minister of tourism (and is being sold online already), but that could have been a bit premature.

1. The negotiations with the SSCA aren't over yet.
2. The plane (a B767), apparently a Japanese airline already tried using it and were told it's too loud by UNICEF and the Apsara Authority.

Any of the following seem appropriate:
Thefredictionary wrote:dodg·y (d j ). adj. dodg·i·er, dodg·i·est Chiefly British. 1. Evasive; shifty. 2. Unsound, unstable, and unreliable. 3. So risky as to require very deft handling.
