Roughing it with a rural squat toilet for €44/night
Gave me a chuckle.
I can undercut him by 50% and offer a regular bus service to my squat toilet hellhole, even throw in electric and running water (into a bucket).

Host Jim clearly has a sense of humor.
That's a 5 bucks a night place if ever there was one.
In fact if you broke down in the middle of nowhere they'd probably let you stay in a place like that for free.
Still maybe tourists will think it a good deal.

'The real Cambodia', the stale catch-phrase of the unimaginative.
Faeries, come take me out of this dull world, For I would ride with you upon the wind, Run on the top of the dishevelled tide, And dance upon the mountains like a flame.
