Hey guys,i'm heading over for a couple of weeks soon and was wondering if this is a good place to stay at for around 2 weeks,or its mostly good short term? i read some really bad reviews about the place but i know they are not always accurate so i thought i'd ask here. also if there is a better one for around the same price can i get some names? i'd like to pay around $20/night and the place needs to be guest friendly. as a side note is the guest friendly policy really strict or most places wouldnt bother you if you brought back a girl for an hour or so and then she leaves quietly? thank you
edit- just to clarify what i meant was do i need to search for a "guest friendly" place or can book whatever i like and they dont really care if you come back with a friend as long as they leave shortly after?

Sundance Riverside is a good spot. I've stayed there numerous times. Friendly staff with nice bar and good food downstairs. Only rooms with windows are the "cosy deluxe" rooms, though. There's another location, Sundance Inn & Saloon on St. 172, that's a good spot, as well. Around the same price for rooms, good bar, and a small pool, too.

Good location, bad hotel!
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great for everything we wanted to see but dingy hotel, in a seedy area. Hotel was rowdy at night with people banging doors and the locks on the door were old and loose which didn't feel very safe. Bathroom also looked as if it was still under construction. Also there was a man on our floor who was sitting touching himself very inappropriately for all to see on a chair outside the lift. And a "no child sex" sign on the bedroom doors was very disturbing!! Only stay if you have no other option.
