This starts to look significantly better.

What is not written in the KT article is, that it seems the 14-day government quarantine stay is now connected with the own-infected status and no longer due to the "being in the same airplane with somebody infected" rule. That rule is pretty useless, since most people will come from far away, with 1 or 2 transits at airports and 1 or 2 other legs. Not to speak about the land travel before the first flight.

Next improvement step would be to have the test results within 2-3 hours for a more reasonable price and than things start to become the way it should be.

And of course, the government should make a clear distinction of the origin of the traveler. Being from a high risk country should like the USA, Brazil, etc should merely ban entry (which may already be silently implemented, by visa granting).

The QR code is still tricky, not everybody will come in based on "business", but also family reasons. Let's see how that develops. No definition what happens without such an invitation and more "own guarantee". So, still some open ends, but who knows.

Indeed, slow delivery. The Cambodian government does not provide Tourist visa, so no tourists from abroad. Stay slow.

Its no mystery that western countries stack their eldery into large complexes like nursing homes, and villages. This is a recipe for disaster when it comes to this Chinese plague. Thailand with a young population and elderly spread out in the provinces seems to work alot better.

Not much dicking for me had 7 khmer and 3 farang on my plane from ICN took about 20 mins to clear airport, nice room at sokha, ejected promptly in 2 days. Id say they are handling this chinese plague pretty well considering.

With 10 people on an airplane, easy peasy, with 100-150 people, it's a huge chaos at the airport and with the bussing.
