I tried to find info on thaivisa but can't be arsed going through endless discussion and ads
Does anybody know if
- international transit flights through Thailand are operating
- status of Thai immigration, are they as closed as Cambodia or are there nationalities that get through?
Thailand travel
I can’t answer the first, but the country is closed for visitors and tourists. I believe they are reviewing at the end of the month so it might change but that’s the current situation.

They’ve been talking about “opening up” the airport on 1 July, but of course nothing is definitive, no specifics, and subject to change.
I’m more concerned that Thai airways went “Bankrupt”, not knowing what will happen to my status and miles.

It’s better to keep the borders of Thailand and Cambodia tightly SHUT so we can keep out people and deseases we dont want
Thailand is seeking to establish a travel bubble with countries similar to their own in respect to low risk/infection rate, asap. Those countries would initially be Australia, China, Sth Korea, Vietnam and NZ. Didn't see Cambodia on the list but given its low risk status, it will be in the mix as well.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Jun 13, 2020 9:16 amIt’s better to keep the borders of Thailand and Cambodia tightly SHUT so we can keep out people and deseases we dont want
