Many or most countries require negative PCR test result for Covid now, usually not later than 48h before entry. My flight (to Germany with stop in Singapore) would take 21 hours. So I'm trying to find out where I can get tested in time, less than 48h before my arrival, and still get a result in time.
I've heard Khmer Soviet Friendship hospital offers testing, but that it is always crowded and results can take possibly very long. It would be useless if I the result came more than 24h later.
I just called one of the nearest hospitals here and they recommended the National Institute of Public Health. I tried to call there but only get "the number you are calling is not available". Their website is in Khmer, so I can't understand.
I'd like to make sure that I can get tested and best get an appointment for that beforehand, before I book a flight.
Does anybody here have experience with that?
