For travellers who have a connecting flight to Phnom Penh with Bangkok Airways must carry the following documents, depending on their vaccination status:
Fully vaccinated travellers:
- Vaccination certificate
- At least USD 1,000 or more in funds to cover the duration of their stay
- Confirmed onward or return ticket
Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers:
- Confirmed hotel or accommodation covering the duration of their stay
- At least USD 1,000 or more in funds to cover the duration of their stay
- Confirmed onward or return ticket
- Confirmed 7‑day quarantine hotel or 7‑day quarantine at a facility assigned by Cambodia authorities
To make things even more challenging, my EB EOS will expire during my stay in Europe since it can only be extended one month prior to expiration date which is after my departure date.
