My seventeen year background in F&b field includes diversified positions working in full service Hotels, restaurants,fine dining rooms,executive lounge, kitchen & pastry production area, supply chain with national and international locations and managing also large production with oversight for event coordination and conference services for a very exclusive restaurant member’s club and conventions center.
The scope of my F&B experience includes;
• Pre and post opening F&B opération.
• Cross cultural expérience.
• Kitchen & service management with a hands-on leadership style
• Culinary creativity,training, mentoring.
• Efficient and effective operational leadership on a day to day basis in the context of the current rapidly changing economic environment.
• SOP, development and application.
• Development or reassessment of production & marketing stratégies.
• Budgets, menu planning,engineering,supply chain,cost control
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellence of service.
• Development or reassessment of the team to align to business goals.
• Analytical approach to ensure maximization of profits.

That is all well and good.
but can you cook?
I may know of someone prepared to pay around $600pm (plus food and accommodation and free beer) for a decent Western cook who can also manage a place.
