If someone came to you for a job interview during these Covid times, and they ended the meeting by saying this when leaving ;
"I wont shake your hand, in case i'm diseased".
Would you ;
A) Immediately cross them off the shortlist for being unprofessional.
B) Be wary of taking them on.
C) Give them extra marks for making you laugh, and not overly serious.

I've had worse while interviewing potential staff though.

It's not really funny, but neither is it offensive or stupid.
I'd probably promptly forget that they said it and base employment decision on the contents of the interview.
