It is the simple things that make small but lasting differences to managing weight. Some may work for you, some you might need to modify:
Drink a large glass of water or two just before each meal
Eat an apple
Put your knife n fork down between mouthfuls, while you chew
Never watch TV while you eat
When you begin to feel full STOP
Don't feel guilty about leaving food on your plate
Earn your little treats with a penance. I love crisps, so I take a stroll around the block before enjoying a packet. It might sound weird but you enjoy them more.
Alcohol: Obviously full of hidden calories. Hard as it maybe, try not to drink in rounds. Sip it ice cold. Hold it in your mouth a little before swallowing. Take time to enjoy the after taste.
Take regular walks. You're fat burning zone is not that high (heart rate) at 22 about 120 to 140. no point exercising out side this , much less effective:http://www.wikihow.com/Determine-Your-Fat-Burning-Zone
Buy a cheep pulse watch ( UK now about £12 so cheaper there, I guess)
Set yourself small, manageable goals and enjoy the process of beating body fat. You will soon make it an enjoyable, personal competition and in time your weight will come down and stay down.
Quick Fixes are just that and will further reduce you're will power and self belief.
The very best of luck

Nothing but an opinionated tourist. The Pope spends more time in countries than I do ! It is also not my place to comment on a gentleman's dress. A real 23 minute wonder, that obviously knows little about ovens and cooking in Cambodia.

In addition, my wife kicks my ass regularly, so no need for you to do that.
If you have a health plan that involves hot friendly women, I'd be interested to hear it.
