3500 riel? Aha, I knew they were screwing me! Damn, I just hate when I'm outsmarted by illiterate 9 year olds. Once I went to the Monument Books at the FCC to buy the paper there and he charged me a dollar too, so I think he's in on it. Actually, the kids always start by asking for 6000 riel, so perhaps I'm not the biggest sucker.

I like the colonial-type experience of sitting on the riverside, drinking a noontime beer, and reading the paper while shooing away the less fortunate. I just don't want to pay a buck for it.I wonder why some one would want to buy the BKK Post when we can read it for free on the web.
Seriously, I like to try to do the crossword.
