Howdy
Been here since April and really miss making roast pork with crackling - I have a great gas cooktop but no oven and thought of buying a benchtop oven so I could roast and grill things like bacon but thety seem to be $500 and up for any semblance of quality.
I used to do beautiful roasts in a closed hood bbq back in OZ (was famous for them) slow cooked for 5-8 hours so I thought that may be an option on my balcony.
But google searching to find any seller of products here is hopeless so can anyone tell me where to find BBQ's like a Weber cube in PP?
Want to buy a bbq to roast with
If you want something cheap to roast in get a turbo halogen oven. I bought mine from Sunsimex St 388 opposite Psar Thmei they are around $60. I use mine mainly for roast beef and lamb.

Buffalo Sister might be able to help you out on the Roast Pork and Crackling until you get your own set-up running. We roast daily and always have crackling with our pork (or until sold out - which is most days). You can try our roast beef and chicken which we roast daily as well. We have regular specials of Turkey, Lamb and Baked Ham. A roast pork sandwich will set you back $4.50 or we sell by weight in catering packs at $22.50 KG (Pre-order). We also do a Sunday Roast on the First Sunday of the month, next one on the 7th December (bookings recommended as we almost always sell out before we close). Check us out on FB or in the Door to Door. facebook[dot]com/pages/Buffalo-Sister-Phnom-Penh/514148101954162?ref=hl d2d-cambodia[dot]com/restaurant/buffalo-sister/kgbagent wrote:Howdy

That is an option or alternately I have a friend bringing a truck load over from LOS in a few weeks so can maybe source one there

You can say boo as much as you want, but The Pub aka skirts have great cracklings , haven't tried the roast yet, though
