Ship a package from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
I want to buy a folding bicycle from a guy up in Siem Reap. I'm in Phnom Penh and I won't be up that way any time soon. He's a trustworthy guy with an established business, so I'm willing to Wing the money, if he can put the thing on a bus luggage compartment or some other delivery service and send it down here to Phnom Penh. It's one of those folding commuter bikes and it takes up less than half the space of a whole bike. I figure the dimensions are about 3 foot X 3 foot X 1 foot. Anyone know what it should cost to send something like that?
That's like, your opinion, man.
There was a guy with a truck delivering stuff door to door for 2$ a kilo PP - Siem Reap.
I will look in the businesses cards drower and with a bit of luck I will find him. Let me know if you are in a hurry.

In a Taxi I would say around 25000R is a fair price.
Doubtless the taxi drivers will start around 40000R, he'll need to bargain with them a little.
I send a lot of stuff up and down the country in taxis, usually 5000R for a letter, 10000R for anything bigger up to car tire size, then it's negotiated on weight x volume.

Pm with the private details of the delivery man sent.

Jack, I hope that you come to the K440 meetup. You strike me as a man of action and I like that.
We frequently send stuff to between PP, SR, SV etc. We have tried several different ways and the best is Capitol bus. Just take the package to their office, pay and get a receipt. Price is calculated by weight, size and value. You are probably looking at about $5 top. Used the service hundreds of times with only the occasional small problem that has been quickly sorted out.
