yes it's employer obligations to domestic workers in thailand...at least 13 public holidays to be made available...
on your website Q6 of FAQ you refer to the thai market and suggest that only 7 holidays be made available...isn't that in breach of the new regulations?
there's also a more general issue here i think...as much as there may be common and overlapping interests, employers, workers and agencies also have competing interests and i think it's important to differentiate these before any one group pretends to be able to speak for the other...middle ground/compromise may work for agencies but may not be in the interests of the other two...just saying...
