Cigarette Factory Here?

Anyone heard of their being a cigarette factory in Kampong Cham?

big place on the riverside, next to a probably closed ARA cafe and the bridge. looks really out of place

A number of the tobacco guys owned and frequented that bar/guesthouse "Charlie's" on the riverside. I think it may have closed now? It seemed an outrageously large investment for the extremely minimal tourist trade of the city.

The only tobacco factory I can think of near the river is the British American Tobacco factory in Kbal Thanal, just after the Monivong bridge junction.

Yes, closed for a while already. It was an 'investment' to keep his wife busy.

Under Kizuna bridge in Kampong Cham town (or should I say city?).
