E-visa: Stamp or sticker?
If you enter on an e-visa (electronic visa), do they put a sticker (covering the entire page) on your passport or just an entry stamp?
Stamp
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
I also have a multiple entree E-visa.
I plan to reenter Cambodia via Thai land border (Poipet).
Do I need pictures or something else???
I don't think i have to pay anything again, or not???
Or will they simply put a stamp in my passport?

Are yousure it's an E-visa? I thought only tourist visa were available as E-visa, and those are single entry afaik. They might try to charge you some money if you enter there, just try to avoid it.
You are confusing the e (electronic ) visa with the e-type (ordinary) visa.Kachang wrote:Are yousure it's an E-visa? I thought only tourist visa were available as E-visa, and those are single entry afaik. They might try to charge you some money if you enter there, just try to avoid it.

e and E are different, should have known...
I made months ago an ordinary multiple entry e-visa
it is valid until 20 June this year.
I entered Cambodia on 20 November last year.
got a 1 month single entree visa.
went to lucky
made a 6 months multiple entree visa
this e-visa is valid until 20 June this year.
My question is:

Just a stamp, no pictures or payment required.steevee wrote:I also have a multiple entree E-visa.

I think I have more problems.
I have a 6 months multiple entree E-visum that expires on 20th of June.
I want to visit Cambodia before this expiring date, stay about 1 month or longer in Cambodia and during that time I want to make a new 6 months multiple entree E-visum.
But I just noticed that my international passport will expire on 14th of February 2017.
Can I enter Cambodia with my old passport with my E-visum until 20th of June and have them stamped my new 6 months E-visum in a new passport that I will take with me.
I know it sounds complicated, but I hope that I can enter Cambodia with my old passport with my old 6 months visa and leave Cambodia with my new 6 months visa in my new passport.
Is this possible?
Will the immigration officers in Poipet make a problem? $$$$$$?
(PS. I have to say that I have in my old passport that expires on the 20th of June also a 1 year extension for my Thai visa. This one will also expire on 26th of July 2016. I will also make a new one year extension of my Thai visa in my new Thai passport.
Complicated stuff for me, I know, but I am trying to find the best solution without having to many problems with immigration officers in Cambodia or Thailand.
Any ideas that might help me? Thanks.

This does not compute. You say you have a passport that expires Feb 2017 and then you say it expires June 20. Then you talk about your Thai passport. Huh?steevee wrote:I think I have more problems.

Anyway, re-entering Cambodia on the passport that (allegedly) expires in 2017 will be no problem.

I went thru this a few years ago and just kept the old passport attached to the back of the new passport with elastic bands until I had my new visa extension plus an exit and then a new entry stamp in the new passport.
I had no problems getting through borders or applying for visa extension using this method although it did take a couple more minutes at the Koh Kong border at both the KH and TH immigration booths while they cross-checked everything and they took new fingerprints but no $$$.
The difference for you is that you will be trying to enter on a visa in a cancelled passport which I never had to.

I'm confused!... maybe cause I'm drunk. Just travel with both old and new passport, as long as you still have a valid visa.
