Cambodian passport questions

Some questions;

When u apply, how much?
BC, Family Book, ID card correct?
Is old passport valid till new one issued and can u travel on it?
how long does it take?
can u pay a little extra for faster service?

My landlady does this service in PP, near Pencil on Norodom. The applicant must bring her Family Book and ID card. The all-inclusive fee is $125 for a one month turnaround. The landlady completes the forms and then a guy comes from the Passport Office and takes the applicant to the main office, does the photo etc. A shorter turnaround is available at a higher price. She also handles passport extensions, which are much cheaper.

Old passport is valid until it's end, can use two passport same time. At least couple years ago...
