Hey Everyone,
Would someone be able to recommend a tailor in PP (preferably someone who can speak a little English)?
I'd rather give my money to a hard working local than Aeon mall or the like.

Generally speaking, Cambodian tailors suck. And I think you'll find that I'm in the majority on this opinion.
