Cooking Classes
What are the current options for cooking classes? Old threads talk of Garden Cafe, which is now closed. I thought Hagar also gave classes, but no info on their website. To be clear, I'm not talking about a cooking class for tourists. I'm talking cooking classes/a training course for locals who want to become cooks or learn new dishes: basic Khmer/Asian and western dishes and so on. Any leads appreciated.

This is what google came up with:
https://www.google.com.kh/webhp?sourcei ... phnom+penh
At least 6 places offering cooking classes.
Maybe one of those fit your requirements?

These seem to be the best two options for Cambodians:
National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia: Culinary Arts
Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia
This also looks geared at Cambodians, but is private and not as 'professional' as above: KSK Cooking

Thanks guys. I'll contact KSK and also found a place called Linna which seems good. I'll compare prices and all that. Not interested in $700/semester professional classes as she already has a career. Just want the missus to diversify her rather limited repertoire and improve her "cooking"
