Good evening all,
We have a new Chef and, lucky me, he is Indian. Before he can make my favorite "Rogan Josh", he is in desperate need of ingredients, especially spices, Atta, and the like. These things are hard to come by and I was wondering where I could possibly source these in Phnom Penh. We have a boat coming over every day, so getting it here is not an issue.
Dhanyavaad,
Hanno

There's an Indian/Pakistani shop just off st63 somewhere, I buy a lot of stuff from there, mostly out of date, but cheap. Don't think out of date is much of a problem with spices.
Sure there is rogan josh stuff there.

Plenty of threads covering this topic, there are several Indian foodstuff suppliers in PP, Cambay on St.17 is the first one that comes to mind, but there are a couple of much larger suppliers.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.

Hey, did you hear about the Indian guy who overdosed on spices?
He spent a month in a korma

My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.
