What do you reckon?
Special friend and I are popping down in a couple of days and feel like going somewhere else after that, but not sure where yet.
I'm pretty sure no-one will give me any gyp on a one way ticket but how about her? ASEAN citizen and all that.
Thanks.

I would
When I went last time with I was fine but my girlfriend took a lot longer.
Had to go to a different room to have fingerprints taken, produce return ticket etc.
I think if they have been before then they can just go straight through and may not need return ticket, but first timer has to have scans etc.
FYI my return ticket was from KL but this was OK

I would absolutely buy an onward ticket for her before flying to Singapore.

Went with my Khmer girlfriend and they certainly wanted to see a ticket.... And gave her the 3rd degree.

I would get her a business class ticket.
That way not only will she get VIP and hassle free treatment on arrival, she can also pick up a couple of eye masks and be eternally grateful when you show her what they're really intended for.

On reflection, do you wish you had dropped her off at the pineapple roundabout instead?Gin&Tonic wrote:Back in 2013 I took my ex mother in law to Singapore on a one way ticket. They didn't care at all.
