Hello all,
Does anyone know of a good Khmer handy man? I need someone who can electrical, plumbing, tile, etc. He need not be an expert...just basic repair. I am looking for someone who could come out to my house about twice a week at his convenience.
Thanks.
Khmer handy man needed
Did you ever notice all those stickers around the doors of Khmer homes ?
That's the local version of the Yellow pages. It contains the handyman speciality
and the phone number(s) to contact them.
Many house have these stickers also inside the house at strategic locations.
Get a local to find out the stickers applicable to the work you need, etc.

If your house breaks twice a week you should move to another one.LoneStar wrote:twice a week at his convenience.

It is a house that we built two years ago....so there are still a lot of projects to finish out in the house. With that and ongoing maintenance....I can keep a guy busy for quite a long time.

Gavin,
They are hard to come by nowadays. My brother in law did most of the work for me the last few years....but he is now in the restaurant business.

I wish I had your hot linking skills right about now. I'd go through the forums and pull every stupid question you've ever asked about all things Cambodia despite you having been coming here for years.....gavinmac wrote:This post surprises me. Greg..multi skilled handyman are indeed hard to find. If they are good at one thing, they'll be "bush" at the others. I'll PM you the name of a few.
