Stuff to do with kids in PP
Stuff to do with kids in PP
Coming to PP with 2 kids (boys 5 and 8) for a couple of weeks. Haven't been for a couple of years and looking for any new ideas to keep them entertained/busy. I'm familiar with Aeon Mall and Kids City but looking for any new (or old) alternatives.
Also looking for a good family friendly pool, possible in a hotel were we can spend the day.
Any suggestions of places to go or things to do would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can the kids swim? Just take them to any pool then, I don't think there's much different besides some places having kid pools (Himawari for example) and others not (Cambodiana for example).
There's the new Fantastic Water World thing and from what I hear you should bring your own shade.
Bless

My kids really enjoy Think Big.
Nice space with a lot of Lego sets and other creative activities.

There is also a cafe on the side so you can sit and have a coffee, the food is ok but nothing special. They also have decent wifi throughout the whole space.

3 Mangos on St.360 in BKK1 has a family friendly pool, it's quiet most of the time but sometimes has a whole bunch of kids playing together. I haven't been there a lot recently, but Sundays used to be the main sort of "kids" day.Tom Lung wrote:

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
The playground at Wat Phnom has been upgraded and is good for an hour or two of fun now.

Going across the rivers from near Naga to Areng Kyasat and on to the Mango resort or horse-riding place is always an option too.

Do you have any more info or link to the horse riding? Are you talking about out at the CCC or is there another one?

It's a separate place, I don't remember the name but it's along the main road north from Areng Kyasat.kiwiincambodia wrote:Do you have any more info or link to the horse riding? Are you talking about out at the CCC or is there another one?

If this is the one I am thinking of it has closed. I telephoned a few weeks ago. A shame as I would love a half day of horseriding in the countryside.Lucky Lucan wrote:Going across the rivers from near Naga to Areng Kyasat and on to the Mango resort or horse-riding place is always an option too.

Kab Srov has an equestrian centre. Expect it will be cheaper than CCC.
Khmer Equestrian Center

Probably about a 45 min taxi ride from riverside area

If anyone wants to try it out during Pchum Ben, and maybe share transportation, please send me a PM.
