You need to state what you want, reliability, value for money, overseas calls, local calls, internet etc.
I use Mobi, never had a problem, rates are good.
Sorry, I just checked - mine is Metfone, as well. They always send 2 spam messages every afternoon, about 30 seconds apart. No big deal. I buy $5 worth, call the US once a week for 10 minutes, and infrequently make local calls - maybe 2 a week. The $5 lasts about a month. Good company.

I use Metphone now for internet and barely make any regular calls. Cellcard and Smart seemed to swallow my top-ups, same on the wife's phone. Put on, say $5, it would auto top up the internet package, then top up the internet package again and somehow be left with $0.63 credit. After this happened on Cellcard a few times, I binned it.

Signal can be patchy depending on your area.
Suggest getting a smart, cell card and Metphone sim and testing them for a day or two around the areas you normally frequent.
I had cellcard & it was grand, moved house and had crap signal so moved to Smart and it’s also grand - though I get the impression that coverage outside PP is better with Smart than cellcard. Use metphone in office for deskphones.
I don’t think there is a massive difference between each of them, just some areas will have stronger signals with one company than the others.

Been using Metfone for the last 7 years, no complain apart from their spam messages. Cellcard is the most popular in cambodia. In term of coverage I think Metfone is the best.
I use Smart, 1$ worth for validity of 1 week: free calls in Cambodia and free sms in Cambodia. For datas internet I don't know how to use it and how much it cost... maybe you know?
They have also some call options for America, Europa and Asia, cheap , but I never test it, I'll do soon.
