Original gear needs a new or repair on headset plastic perhaps a fibreglass repair. Anywhere in pp?

Buy some knockoffs and transfer the guts to a new body.

Any idea on any shops that can fix a loose connector in a pair of headphones also? Took a pair of Bose noise cancellation headphones apart, but can't for the life of me find a loose wire - one cup (battery side) working fine, the left side absolutely nothing. Got a good run from them, but reckon it's probably just a lot of gym usage & 0.1cm of a wire dangling short somewhere from getting a few more years out of them.
