Exterior bamboo restoration

I need some advice on a large external bamboo restoration project. Specifically, looking for sealant products suitable for bamboo, available in country. Thanks.
The only thing that's free in Cambodia is dust.

What we do with Bamboo/Rattan furniture is clean the surface then mix 50/50 Turpentine and Linseed oil. Then apply two coats with a brush, roller or spray gun. This will bring back the natural gloss. Finish with 1 - 2 thin coats of urethane gloss. (Actually, I'm not 100% sure if you can buy urethane in Cambo)
