What happens after a positive Covid test?

That's taking things too far now.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
P.S. I'll let ya know tomorrow, just been for yet another bloody test at the NIPH... which is actually even more organised than it was previously.

Curious PSD-Kiwi. On another thread I believe you mentioned PCR testes for travel are available at only two places in country: NIPH and Calmet. I think you said email arranged appointments possible, with air tickets, at Calmet, and a bit cheaper as well. Why then have you now tested at NIPH. Is there something that made going there preferable for you?
(My family of six will need to head to Phnom Penh soon for pre-departure tests. Advance booking and cheaper tests has Calmet looking good. Is it?)

Yea there are the only 2 clinics authorised to conduct pre-flight PCR tests in PP - NIPH and Institut Pasteur (not Calmette). Had to use NIPH because my flights got changed and there were no appointments available at IP for the 10th or 11th, cost doesn't bother me cause employer reimburses me anyway.Guest9999 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 11:39 pmCurious PSD-Kiwi. Thanks!
I know this is my responsibility, not yours, but asking for your opinion. (If you are still on the ground to give it.?)
Flying on the 30th, and wanting results Monday 28th or Tuesday 29th, does that mean I should ask IP for our group appointment for swab tests Sunday 27 and/or Monday 28th?
And, good to email them early, now-ish, or better to wait a bit more?
Have a safe trip!

Depends on what time frame is required for your final destination? If you are flying on the 30th, I would suggest testing on the 29th and collect your results in the 30th (if you have a late flight), or test 28th collect results 29th (if early flight in 30th). Email IP as early as possible to secure appointments.
Note, Institut Pasteur are not open on Sundays for testing.
