I get the feeling some people here (long term expats) worked in real estate in the past, and was wondering if you could answer a question I have.
I own a field at the edge of my town.
In the first pic, it's the square at the edge of a new (180 home) residential estate. They already seem to have put houses/buildings on it. Green/yelllow X marks the spot.
On second pic, it's towns view. They seem to have it colored same as the rectangle they're working on.
Question?/
Just wondering if you think they might put offer in for it,
And how much roughly in UK since it's on edge of 180+home multi-million development?
Cheers
Has anyone worked in/experience in Real Estate

If they have already built in their plot then you are probably 24 months too late.

In related news, I own a car. A lovely year old Merc. A week ago some thieves stole it and it’s gone for good.
Just wondering if they might come back and put an offer in for it.
