If there's one thing locals in the provinces find really entertaining, it's a barang going full bad ass shaman.CharmingOwl wrote: ↑Sun Aug 21, 2022 11:35 pmI read online that in Cambodia sometimes people in rural areas are accused of witchcraft. Since I am a spiritualist I read tarot and sometimes order bones online for my witchcraft. If I went to Cambodia, would I be burned at the stake for practicing spirituality? I would not want anybody to believe that I was a witch, so what kind of things should I avoid doing or saying while living in Cambodia? Should I talk about the third eye or pineal gland? Should I stay in the city and avoid rural areas?
Can new religious movements operate in Cambodia?

I wonder why it would be notable. A very skilled Khmer shaman would most likely choose to reincarnate in the west or some other country they would like to be in for various reasons. I have read stories of Indian women choosing to reincarnate in Japan and stuff like that.Dylan Quint wrote: ↑Mon Aug 22, 2022 3:08 pmIf there's one thing locals in the provinces find really entertaining, it's a barang going full bad ass shaman.CharmingOwl wrote: ↑Sun Aug 21, 2022 11:35 pmI read online that in Cambodia sometimes people in rural areas are accused of witchcraft. I am currently operating in Florida although recruitment is tough here since people are not receptive to our ideologies.
Maybe reach out to these guys. I know your ‘religions’ are fairly different, but they both seem to be on the same page mentally
They do have a lot of foreign organizations setting up shop here, to save their own from demise. For some reason they think that smoking joints and drinking wine and beer allude to serious personal problems, because it's here in the Far East, not at home in the trailer camps, concrete suburbs or the hills of 'Hollywood.
I guess being all 'clean' or perhaps just using legalized chemistry and living the stylish life spending your days in a tight business suit is better, yet it would kill you if not for the use of heavy AC, which again pollutes the environment like crazy.
So we're all going to move into a mall and be heavenly joined by the hips together.
Have a good one, but I can't wear a tie, I feel like it's like a noose in some way.

Choir boys? An inquisition? Religious wars? Theft, land-grabbing, paying zero taxes?
Yeah, let's have us another religion!
You know things are bad when even Florida says piss off.CharmingOwl wrote: ↑Sat Aug 20, 2022 9:39 amI am the leader of a new religion . I am currently operating in Florida although recruitment is tough here since people are not receptive to our ideologies.
Let me guess, a flood is coming.

Lavenderism / Kamichakra is free to join and practice. You can access our movement on reddit here (https://www.reddit.com/r/Lavenderism/) or on Lemmygrad here (https://lemmygrad.ml/c/lavenderism) The faith also has facebook although that is dead. If you join today, we can teach you about the chakras, the gods, ancestral spirits, and the ideology of Marxism-Leninism. I also read tarot so I can give some readings.

That is not even similar to my practice. This "charming owl" is a sad character of conflict. Already seems homeless in it's soul.
I had a look through that reddit site, and most of the posts seem to be made by someone with the nickname CharmingOwl, so I'm assuming it's you. I also had a look through that same user's post history, and they've posted about their mental health struggles, some of which seem quite severe. If this is the case, note that Cambodia doesn't have a strong structure in place to assist those with mental health concerns. I strongly suggest that you move somewhere that will allow you access to ongoing treatment.CharmingOwl wrote: ↑Sun Sep 18, 2022 8:59 pmLavenderism / Kamichakra is free to join and practice. Cambodia does have facilities for foreigners who suffer from mental illnesses.Lou Reed wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 1:59 pm

They're called morgues.
It would require the ability to decipher this with a degree in psychology.
I believe there is room for improvement in that dept. here, not?

Contractual Staff:
Mrs. NHONG Hema (1982)
Mrs. SEK Sisokhom (1987)

Good luck fishing for weird aliens under the moonlight, I say.

Why do you think my mental health is severe? I think I am fine the psychiatrists just prescribe me things to make money and make me buy appointments.Lou Reed wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 1:59 pmI had a look through that reddit site, and most of the posts seem to be made by someone with the nickname CharmingOwl, so I'm assuming it's you.
