Monday 24th
Is Monday 26 a holiday for Constitutional Day falling on a Saturday. I don't want to ride from the other side of the city to find Immigration at the airport closed, did that once before when the 24th was in the middle of the week.
How drunk are you with that title? The 26th is still pchum ben, it won’t be open. I’d give it a few days after since roads will be busy with people returning.
OK Larz, I'll take that hit. I have the '23 holidays.
24 September: Constitutional Day – One day
13, 14, 15 October: Pchum Ben Festival – Three days
Pchum Ben Festival must be at a different time each year.
Looks like I will be up for a couple days fine by the time Immigration opens.

The date for Pchum Benh is based on the Khmer calendar which has 12 months but the eighth month is repeated (as a "leap month") every two or three years, making 13 months instead of 12. So it does vary.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Thanks for the explanation LL.
I was perplexed as to why the place was emptied out for Constitutional Day when the locals would have to do it all again for the 13, 14, 15th next month.

Simple way to find out all the public holidays is to type "Cambodian public holidays 20XX" (insert whatever year) into Googly search
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
