Fearing arrest, Trump rallies Gravy Seals, NY begins fortifying court-house
Biden is in much better physical shape than Trump. And I suspect that if anyone starts to develop health issues quickly it will be Trump, as some kind of tactic to delay his legal issues.

Jesus, this new indictment is 49 pages long. I have not had the time to read all of it but here is a slice and links to the full text.
" At 12:00 p.m. on January 20, 2021,TRUMPceased to be president. As he departedthe White House,TRUMP caused scores of boxes, many of which contained classified documents,to be transported to The Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida, where he maintained hisresidence.TRUMP was not authorized to possess or retain those classified documents.5. The Mar-a-Lago Club was an active social club, which, between January 2021 andAugust 2022, hosted events for tens of thousands of members and guests. AfterTRUMP’s presidency, The Mar-a-Lago Club was not an authorized location for the storage, possession, review, display, or discussion of classified documents. Nevertheless,TRUMPstored his boxescontaining classified documents in various locations at The Mar-a-Lago Club—including in a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, an office space, his bedroom, and a storage room.6. On two occasions in 2021,TRUMP showed classified documents to others, asfollows:
3a. In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey(“The Bedminster Club”), during an audio-recorded meeting with a writer,a publisher, and two members of his staff, none of whom possessed asecurity clearance,TRUMPshowed and described a “plan of attack” thatTRUMP said was prepared for him by the Department of Defense and asenior military official.TRUMP told the individuals that the plan was“highly confidential” and “secret.”TRUMPalso said, “as president I couldhave declassified it,” and, “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.” b. In August or September 2021, at The Bedminster Club,TRUMP showed arepresentative of his political action committee who did not possess asecurity clearance a classified map related to a military operation and toldthe representative that he should not be showing it to the representative andthat the representative should not get too close.
23. As President of the United States, on July 26, 2018,TRUMP issued the followingstatement about classified information:As the head of the executive branch and Commander in Chief, I havea unique, Constitutional responsibility to protect the Nation’sclassified information, including by controlling access to it. . . .More broadly, the issue of [a former executive branch official’s]security clearance raises larger questions about the practice offormer officials maintaining access to our Nation’s most sensitivesecrets long after their time in Government has ended. Such accessis particularly inappropriate when former officials have transitionedinto highly partisan positions and seek to use real or perceivedaccess to sensitive information to validate their political attacks.Any access granted to our Nation’s secrets should be in furtheranceof national, not personal, interests.

Freedom is not a state. It is an act. It is not some enchanted garden perched high on a distant plateau.. Freedom is a continuous action we all must take, and each generation must do its part to create an even more fair, more just society.-John Lewis

Prosecutor Jack Smith's press statement.

I’ve read it and it’s extraordinary. Putting aside endless debates about whether or not he felt he should have the right to have them (he doesn’t), the indictiment really focuses on the attempts to deflect and the conspiracy to avoid giving them up.
Key is that the indictment is full of damning evidence against him - from his own mouth. Transcripts of recorded conversations of him admitting he can’t declassify them, while at the same time showing them to random people. These are documents about other country’s nuclear capabilities, likely US reaction if it’s attacked. Quite extraordinary. And there are transcripts of interviews and text messages from his own staff.
The key issue for me is why did he want them? Why hide that he had them? This is a president who famously didn’t read his briefings and yet he wanted 100 plus boxes of documents that he considered his own?

He's a traitor. I hope he finally gets his comeuppance.
Wait, Vlad's alive at present? I thought he was mentally incapacitated before he even took those books and tried to sell them.

This is the curious thing about the Trumpist MAGA nuts. On the one hand he is a master criminal mob boss type, coordinating an effort to get Trump and enrich himself. He is also part of the globalist WEF conspiracy to take over the world.
At the same time he is also senile and mentally incapacitated.
It’s a wonderful balancing act.
