^^ Some poster the other day was suggesting there *is* an easy solution or easy way to deal with this (etc) Not sure if that was ever explained.

Ah, I think I can see where you're coming from on this.Fred Edwards wrote:Stagger Lee wrote:I see no relation to 'PC', 'not PC', 'too PC' etc. It simply wasn't a very accurate title....whereas your own intro paragraph to this news item *was* accurate though.Fred Edwards wrote:So my headline was too PC now....
That's the argument they offer in defense of these attacks , for example the English MP killer was classed as mad and these islamic types should be seen as mental and nothing to do with Islam .
So, is there a narrative suggestive the axe man-child in Germany was experiencing some personality disorder or psychosis too ?? And this is being used to 'explain away' his intentional actions or something ??

Do you mean like in Quebec where they just voted to ban the building of further Mosques? or even banned the converting of a community centre into one?Jacked Camry wrote: while putting much more time and effort into integrating the immigrant Muslim population. You know, like we do in Canada

Every time there is a new attack it gives them an opportunity to gloat and feel satisfied about their simplistic "kill them all" non-solutions.

Yes, because one incident in one place is all the proof you need. Much more compelling than, oh, studies that look seriously at Muslim integration and how they're doing not just shortly after they arrive but long-term.Jock Jock wrote:Do you mean like in Quebec where they just voted to ban the building of further Mosques? or even banned the converting of a community centre into one?Jacked Camry wrote: while putting much more time and effort into integrating the immigrant Muslim population. You really do sound like a one-trick pony sometimes. There's no excuse for bigotry.
Just saying, it's not as cut and dried in Canada as you think. Obviously there are plenty of people in Quebec who would prefer not to have more integration and more Mosques. Just saying.

But what are you doing for them, why don't you make your home available to them?Jacked Camry wrote:Yes, because one incident in one place is all the proof you need. Where is this Utopia where Muslim and other cultures get along with each other?
The closest thing must be the UK ,Benelux and Denmark and guess what it's not working there,so it will never work. Just take a look at Cambodia if you want to understand human nature .

Fred,
In the last sentence of your post, are you referring to relatively peaceable existence of Khmer Muslims (aka Cham) in Cambodia ?? Or am I misinterpreting what you have said ??

I see. So if there is not complete unanimity, then it's meaningless? The majority of Canadians voted for this government and that is their policy. It's received widespread support and far more people have volunteered to open their homes to Muslim refuges than have joined minor protests in Quebec. So what's your point?Jock Jock wrote:Just saying, it's not as cut and dried in Canada as you think. Yes you are, I mean the " youré not from Cambodia " thing. It's human nature to stick together against outsiders. Something the UK government legislated against.Just try and explain what is happening to Britain to the common or rich Cambodian, they would laugh.Stagger Lee wrote:Fred,Fred Edwards wrote:But what are you doing for them, why don't you make your home available to them?Jacked Camry wrote:Yes, because one incident in one place is all the proof you need.
