Me too. I am conservative-moderate and GOP registered for forty years. I cross party lines frequently, especially in local and state elections. Abuse of the language, spot on LL. Words mean something. If you don't like someone, just say so or ignore them. If you disagree with someone, especially in personal or work place settings, talk it out reasonably.
Civility is the minimum standard. I try not to say anything to anyone that would have offended my grandma.
