russia has been soaking up as much gold as it can get its grubbies on.
palladium is on a moonshot already so thats out
btc are sitting ducks for the exchange raiders & the whales are always pumping & dumping
theres going to be a time when gold is so difficult to source at reasonable prices where will precious metals investors look next, platinum, which is unbelievably still worth less today than 5 years ago

Shit, now the secret is out.

You might be on to something there
I just cashed out half the Tsla I bought last year in may, might reinvest some in platinum. I'd never go near BTC.

It consists of meeting strangers carrying large sums of cash.
You could try Bitcoin Cambodia. He advertises on this site. I have never dealt with the guy, but others have. He owns or used to own a cafe, so hard premises, not sure if he still does. I'm not vouching for him though, as I've never personally dealt with him. Here in Vietnam we have Bitcoin ATMs. Rates are extortionate using either method.

As far as I know, anyone dealing with crypto in Cambodia (or anywhere) is looking to kick any potential customers in the balls for as much as they can get. If you've used bitcoin Cambodia and you trust them, they're possibly the best way to go.
I didn't buy any a couple of years back because of the sellers extortionate fees. It went up way more than it cost. If you had bought a couple of days ago, you would still have made a good profit. My advice is just to bite the bullet and go for it.

There is an interesting punt on a company called service corp International, if you're interested in the stock market. Check out their business.

Who are these people, these faces? Where do they come from? They look like caricatures of used car dealers from Dallas, and sweet Jesus, there were a hell of a lot of them at 4:30 on a Sunday morning, still humping the American dream.

It's the American dream. All those other alt coins, anyway.Petrol Head wrote: ↑Thu Apr 09, 2020 4:20 pmWho are these people, these faces? Where do they come from? Gold silver and bitcoin are good though.
What happens if there's a run on the banks? You may loose your fiat, but will one be able to convert bitcoin into something useable?
The answer of course is, yes. People are buying and selling via their phones: scanning and exchanges. The only thing to stymie that, is governments banning those kind of transactions.
What people need now is a form of currency that's out of the banking system that can be sent all over the world with minimal fees.
It's all good as long as the inet doesn't go down...

More volatile than shorting American and British companies?
More volatile than the stock market ATM?
More volatile than government bonds?
Just don't be a fool and buy when the price is high. You would have doubled your investment if you'd bought a couple of weeks ago.
